We thoroughly inspect each bundle, closure and frontal to ensure we are only providing the absolute best quality hair. All wigs are made with the utmost care to ensure your satisfaction. Extra care is given when packing each order to ensure accuracy. At this time, we do not allow refunds or exchanges of any kind. In the rare event you are sent the incorrect item, we will allow the item to be returned and replaced with the correct item. Customer service is always our top priority. If there is an issue with your order, please email us within three days of receiving your order at info@glamoureliteboutique.com and we will try to come to a resolution.

Thank you for shopping with Glamour Elite Boutique! Once your order is confirmed, we ask that you allow 3-4 business days for processing unless you have a custom wig order. After processing is complete, your order will be shipped out via USPS. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided once your order has shipped. All items must be signed for upon delivery. Please make sure you are available the day of delivery to receive your package, or your package will be taken back to your local post office. We are not responsible for a delay in shipment due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
